Working for a Better World (BWA) is a non-profit association, established under the provisions of Article 22 of the Spanish Constitution, the Organic Law 1/2002 of 22 March regulating the Right of Association and other current provisions issued in development and application thereof, the Law 4/2006 of 23 June on Associations of Andalusia (Spain), as well as the corresponding regulatory provisions. Its main objectives are the following:
- Promotion of the different objectives specified in the following points, in the regional scope of Andalusia.
- Special emphasis on the fact that this association, Working for a Better World (BWA), was created to promote a higher quality of life for citizens, by promoting everything that the different sectors and areas of society demand.
- Dissemination, promotion, cooperation, and permanent forum for the meeting of technologies, solutions, and structural ideas that add value to the new challenges of sustainability facing all of society; construction companies, engineering companies, consulting firms, service companies, manufacturers, universities and research centers, public administrations, companies in the primary, secondary, and tertiary sectors (in general), citizens as a whole, as well as social participatory entities of all kinds.
- Promotion of research and development, in its broadest sense, of all solutions oriented to what is described in the above-mentioned point.
- Promotion of synergies to attract investors to all realistic sustainability solutions that are necessary now and in the future.
- Exchange of knowledge of all kinds, among the agents involved in everything related to the realistic sustainability of the economy, citizenship, and a higher quality of life.
- Promotion of training for current and new agents involved in sustainability. All of this, cooperating with the different public and private sectors.
- Help and guidance to entrepreneurs, SMEs, and companies related to all areas covered by sustainability in all its senses.
- Promotion, dissemination, and forum for lines of thought and solutions to the economy in general, in all its senses.
- Any other lawful purpose that promotes sustainability, the circular economy, and a better quality of life for society.
